OURZATYS is a beautiful custom-built, 5-bedroom home situated approximately one mile from the southern shore of spectacular Lake Mille Lacs. Every season reveals a different dimension of the beautiful Mille Lacs area in central Minnesota. Just 30 minutes from Brainerd and 90 miles north of Minneapolis and St. Paul, our vacation home offers everything from muskie fishing to snowmobiling, from golfing to cross country skiing, from antique shopping to casino gaming.
An added bonus! Amenities offered by neighboring Izaty’s Resort are available to our guests – golfing, pontoon rentals, boat slips, boat launch, pickleball, sand volleyball, outdoor swimming pool/hot tub, playground and tennis courts. The resort has a bar/ restaurant for casual dining, and pool area has a snack bar. Grand Casino Mille Lacs is just 9 miles up the road.
OURZATYS is designed for gathering with friends and family. It features one level with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on the main floor. The large kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with all the basic cooking tools. Big patio with gas fire pit and gas grill. Along with a large yard to play corn hole or hang out around the wood fire pit to toast marshmallows. We have 2 bicycles, golf clubs, picked ball sets, and other yard game for all you fun.
Bonus Room: If you have a larger group we have a bonus room over the garage you can rent for an extra fee of 100.00. It sleeps 4 more people in the 5th bedroom, it has 2 queen beds and an extra living room, table, and dry kitchenette with frig and microwave. Please use the Contact Us form on this site to inquire about adding the bonus room to your rental.
• 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
• Free cancellation deadlines are in the property's time zone.
You will be responsible for 500.00 if any smoke smell inside the house from smoking of any sort!!
• Quiet hour in the neighborhood begins at 10:00 pm.
